Building Rentals

Both the Chapel and the Cleve Grant Building are available for rental. Please see the below rates for rental (all prices quoted in JMD):

Rental of the Cleve Grant Building/Hall (see pictures here):

  • $20,000 for up to four (4) hours
  • $24,000 per day (4 to 8 hours)
  • $1,000 for each additional hour or part thererof of the contracted period
  • $5,000 Security Deposit required on booking (refundable)
  • $3,500 Janitorial Services

Chairs will be provided free upon rental of the building
NB: All fees are payable in full fourteen (14) working days before the event.

Rental of the Chapel (see pictures here):
