Remember – Ecclesiastes 11: 9-10 & 12:1:
- God is not a joy stealer
- When we live under God’s guidance we find true joy in the things that are pure and true
- Remember you must give an account to God for all you do.
Obey – Ephesians 6:1-3
- Everything starts at home
- The first training ground for life is at home
- Obedience is about actions and Honour is about the heart. You can obey without honouring but true godliness means to do both.
- Parents need to proclaim the gospel in the home and teach the word of God with word and actions.
- Speech and actions should be the same so as not to confuse the children

- The enemy loves to prey on idle hands
- Hard work is not just a physical act but a spiritual discipline
